What It Is:

• 5% of the final winning bid

• Only charged if auction sells

• Automatically deducted when funds are released

• Paid in same currency as auction (ETH or TBASE)

How It Works:

Example 1: ETH Auction

Winning Bid: 1.0 ETH
   ↓
Success Fee (5%): 0.05 ETH
   ↓
Seller Receives: 0.95 ETH
Platform Receives: 0.05 ETH

Example 2: TBASE Auction

Winning Bid: 500 TBASE
   ↓
Success Fee (5%): 25 TBASE
   ↓
Seller Receives: 475 TBASE
Platform Receives: 25 TBASE

Example 3: Auction Doesn't Sell

No bids placed
   ↓
Success Fee: 0 (nothing charged)
   ↓
Seller Receives: 0
Platform Receives: 0 (only platform fee was paid)

When Success Fee Is Charged:

Buyer wins dispute (refund issued)	No - Full refund to buyer

Auction cancelled early	No - No winner = no fee
