Auctions go through different stages:

🟢 Active

  • Auction is live and accepting bids

  • Countdown timer is running

  • Anyone can place bids

🟡 Pending

  • Auction ended with a winner

  • Waiting for delivery confirmation (Digital/Physical only)

  • 7-day escrow period active

  • Funds held in smart contract

🔴 Disputed

  • Buyer opened a dispute

  • Funds frozen in escrow

  • Admin review in progress

  • Chat available for communication

✅ Ended

  • Auction completed successfully

  • Funds released to seller

  • Winner received item/NFT

  • Transaction complete

⏸️ Expired

  • Auction ended with no bids
