How to Use Chat:

Access Path: Dashboard β†’ Disputed Item β†’ "Open Chat"

Step 1: Click Disputed Item
   └─ Navigate to your active dispute
   ↓
Step 2: Chat Interface Opens
   └─ See message history with other party
   ↓
Step 3: Type Your Message
   └─ Explain your position politely
   ↓
Step 4: Attach Evidence (Optional)
   └─ Upload photos/videos inline
   ↓
Step 5: Send Message
   └─ Other party + admin notified

Do's:

Be professional - Stay calm and courteous Be specific - Reference exact issues with evidence Respond promptly - Reply within 24 hours Stay factual - Stick to verifiable facts Upload evidence - Back up claims with proof Propose solutions - Suggest compromises Keep it relevant - Focus on the dispute

Don'ts:
